1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping to all locations within Pakistan. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • During peak seasons or sales promotions, processing times may be extended. We will notify you of any delays.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options across Pakistan:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1 day after your order has been processed.

 

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. The total shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

  • Standard Shipping: Free

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery via the courier's website. If you have any issues tracking your order, please contact us at support@olajacket.com.

6. Undeliverable Packages

In the event that a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, it will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order to avoid such delays.

7. Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order is significantly delayed or if you have not received your package within the expected delivery window, please contact us at support@olajacket.com with your order details. We will investigate the issue with the courier and do our best to resolve it promptly.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@olajacket.com. Please include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

9. Customs and Duties

Since we currently only ship within Pakistan, customs duties or import taxes are not applicable to our deliveries. However, in the event that such fees arise, the customer will be responsible for covering them.
