1. Eligibility for Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must have all tags attached and be in its original packaging.
  • Items purchased on sale or promotional offers are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once we approve your return, we will provide instructions for shipping the product back to us.
  3. Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process outlined above and mention in your email that you want an exchange.

  • We will process the exchange once we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or a suitable replacement.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your return:

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 1-5 business days to reflect on your bank statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@olajacket.com with your order details and a clear photo of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.
